Our look at today's game.
Good morning, frents!
Marc Trestman never lost a game against an AFC North team. Neither did John Fox. Both coaches went 4-0 in their lone run against the division; the last time the Bears lost to one of the teams was 2009.
Matt Nagy, your challenge is clear.
Bears (1-1) at Browns (1-1)
Where to watch: Fox
Announcers: Kevin Burkhardt, Greg Olsen
Line: Bears +7.5, O/U 45
Last week: The Bear survived a late push from the Bengals at home while the Browns pulled away from the Texans in the second half.
All-time record: Browns lead series 9-7
Last meeting: Jordan Howard scored two touchdowns as the Bears beat the Browns 20-3 on Christmas Eve 2015. Cleveland would finish the season 0-16 the next week.
Three things to know
1. Bears history is not on Justin Fields' side.

2. The Bears can feast on a banged-up Browns OL.
3. Stopping the run and making Baker Mayfield throw is the key to victory.
Kevin Kaduk — Midway Minute (2-0)
Browns 20, Bears 17
"Bears lose on a last-minute field goal and Justin Fields shows promise while working through some growing pains."
Scott Koral — Midway Minute (1-1)
Browns 30, Bears 23
"The Bears keep it close, but Justin Fields doesn't play defense. Especially slot corner or safety, which are what Baker Mayfield exploits ALL. DAY. LONG."
Brendan Sugrue — Midway Minute (2-0)
Browns 30, Bears 23
"The Bears haven't had a rookie make their first start on the road and win in modern NFL history. Justin Fields might be different, but it's a bad omen for Sunday's game."
David Brown — Midway Minute (0-2)
Browns 24, Bears 22
"One just gets the feeling that Nagy has been caught by surprise that Fields is the starter now, and he hasn't prepared the offense for the differences it brings. Or should bring."
Maggie Hendricks — Bally Sports (2-0)
Bears 20, Browns 13
"I'm really excited about what Justin Fields will look like after a whole week of reps with the starters."
Alyssa Barbieri — Bears Wire (2-0)
Browns 24, Bears 20
"The Bears face an overall challenge on the road against a good Browns team, where things should be a lot closer than many expect. I still have Cleveland squeaking out a win here."
Chris Maltby — Beared Down (2-0)
Bears 27, Browns 24
"Justin Fields ignites the offense and Allen Robinson finally gets going. Give me the Bears in an upset."
Usayd Koshul — Fireside Bears (2-0)
Bears 24, Browns 20
"Yes, you read that right. The Bears march into Cleveland and pull off the upset. Why? The entire team is fired up with Justin Fields now the starter, giving everyone a little something extra to play for."
Greg Braggs Jr. — Braggs in the Stands (2-0)
Bears 24, Browns 17
"You'll be hard pressed to see me pick against the Bears as long as Justin Fields is in! Browns are beat up. Fields shows out. Bears get the upset! Let's goooooo!"

English Sporting Beer from Midwest Coast Brewing
I picked this up from the brewery after the Midway Minute service project last month and have been enjoying it since. A bronze medal winner at the 2020 Great American Beer Festival, it's complex enough to think about but accessible enough to just enjoy with a good meal. Available at beer shops around the area, I think it's worth a fall flirtation.
The worst celebrity Browns fan
I'm honestly not even sure if LeBron counts. He originally told the media he was a Browns fan "unless they were playing the Cowboys" but then he was cheering on OBJ and the Browns on Twitter during last year's meeting between his two favorite teams. He also famously prefers the Yankees over the Indians, yet Cubs fans had to watch him going wild over the Rajai Davis homer in Game 7. He was last seen cheering on Justin Fields on Twitter back in August, but there's no room for you on this bandwagon, King.
